On 15th December we held our first Messy Church at St John’s Church, Calder Vale, thank you to all the families who took part.
We had a lovely time talking about what advent is, making a Christingle and what each part symbolises, created a stained glass effect bauble and ate our own decorated gingerbread.
It was such a success that we plan to run them regularly starting in February 2025… more details to follow…
